Meditation – Guided meditations are simple yet effective. We begin with our prana (breath) work which calms the Parasympathetic Nervous System. The Parasympathetic Nervous System directs our flight, fight, fawn, or freeze response to stressors. With regular breathwork and meditation, the body learns to access coping mechanisms rather than panic (fight or flight). Meditation also allows access to our “third eye” where we may be able to consider new solutions to problems and find enlightenment.
